When will I receive my order?
Parts & Accessories orders that are placed before 1 pm are estimated to be delivered the next working day. More delivery info here.
For example, if you place an order before 1 pm on Wednesday, we'll aim to get this out that same day for estimated delivery on Thursday.
If, for example, you place your order after 1 pm on a Friday, or at the weekend, we'll aim to dispatch on Monday for estimated delivery on Tuesday.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We deliver to over 150 countries worldwide. Please add any items you require to the basket; the shipping to your destination is calculated at the checkout.

The Shimano Ultegra CS-R8000 11-speed, 11-32T cassette offers a wide gear range perfect for climbing and varied terrain on a road bike. It provides smooth, reliable shifting thanks to the advanced tooth profiles. Its construction uses steel sprockets on lightweight aluminium and carbon spiders to reduce mass and maintain stiffness. It fits all standard Shimano 11-speed road Freehub bodies.

- This lightweight 11-speed HG-EV cassette features a rigid alloy sprocket carrier, minimizing mass and maximizing stiffness for superior shifting accuracy. The optimized Hyperglide EV tooth shaping not only improves the precision of gear changes, even under heavy load, but also contributes to reduced wear and extended durability.
- 11-34T wide ratio gearing allows a more efficient use of energy
- Sprockets are cut away extensively and drilled to further reduce weight without reducing rigidity
