When will I receive my order?
Parts & Accessories orders that are placed before 1 pm are estimated to be delivered the next working day. More delivery info here.
For example, if you place an order before 1 pm on Wednesday, we'll aim to get this out that same day for estimated delivery on Thursday.
If, for example, you place your order after 1 pm on a Friday, or at the weekend, we'll aim to dispatch on Monday for estimated delivery on Tuesday.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We deliver to over 150 countries worldwide. Please add any items you require to the basket; the shipping to your destination is calculated at the checkout.

Due to restrictions, there are some items we can't deliver internationally (battery packs and aerosols). These items are clearly stated on each product page.

The new Sram EX1 8 speed Cassette for the complete EX1 eBike specific group set, designed to meet the demands of electric mountain biking.
E-BLOCKā¢ shifting technology is a fundamental redevelopment of external drive train shifting. On the E-BLOCKā¢ cassette, the chain has a defined link position on each cog. Cog architecture has been engineered to work with both inner and outer links of the chain, which allows extremely refined shifting for both inboard and outboard shifts.
The result is precise and robust shifting performance in any situation, even with full motor support. The big steps between cassette cogs is a completely new cassette technology engineered specifically for the demands of E-MTB.
Please Note: The Sram EX1 Cassette fits onto a standard type cassetteĀ body and not an 11 spd driver body.
