When will I receive my order?
Parts & Accessories orders that are placed before 1 pm are estimated to be delivered the next working day. More delivery info here.
For example, if you place an order before 1 pm on Wednesday, we'll aim to get this out that same day for estimated delivery on Thursday.
If, for example, you place your order after 1 pm on a Friday, or at the weekend, we'll aim to dispatch on Monday for estimated delivery on Tuesday.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We deliver to over 150 countries worldwide. Please add any items you require to the basket; the shipping to your destination is calculated at the checkout.

Due to restrictions, there are some items we can't deliver internationally (battery packs and aerosols). These items are clearly stated on each product page.
Why can't I purchase some items?
Some certain products we hold exclusively to support our bike customers (those who purchase their bike directly from us).

The new Thule VeloSpace 938 heavy duty carrier for the biggest, heaviest bikes out there, extra long downhill rigs, E-bikes, fat bikes, and anything else hefty, this is your rack!
Not only is the VeloSpace built tough enough to offer a Maximum weight per bike of 30 KG, it's been built from the ground up for bikes that other racks struggle with.
Extra long wheel cradles can handle bikes with a wheelbase of up to 130 cm and an extra wide spacing between the bikes means that extra wide dropouts, forks, handlebars and bottom brackets are less of an issue.
Ā Adjustable pump buckles with longer straps not only give greater adjust ability but allow the carrying of even the biggest fat bikes.
