When will I receive my order?
Parts & Accessories orders that are placed before 1 pm are estimated to be delivered the next working day. More delivery info here.
For example, if you place an order before 1 pm on Wednesday, we'll aim to get this out that same day for estimated delivery on Thursday.
If, for example, you place your order after 1 pm on a Friday, or at the weekend, we'll aim to dispatch on Monday for estimated delivery on Tuesday.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We deliver to over 150 countries worldwide. Please add any items you require to the basket; the shipping to your destination is calculated at the checkout.

Due to restrictions, there are some items we can't deliver internationally (battery packs and aerosols). These items are clearly stated on each product page.
Why can't I purchase some items?
Some certain products we hold exclusively to support our bike customers (those who purchase their bike directly from us).
When you purchase your bike directly from us, your account is unlocked for quick access to order these spares, should you need them.

Orbea Hardware kit for the installation of a dual battery system on 2020 Wild FS frames.
Please Note: The Bosch Powerpack battery connectors, battery, cables or lock are not included.
These parts can be purchased from your Bosch eBike and Abus dealer. After the installation of all components, it is necessary to update the ebike firmware at a Bosch ebike dealer for the correct functioning of the dual battery.
Consult the Wild FS 2020 Carbon & Hydro technical manual Bluepaper for a list of the Bosch and Abus components and the assembly diagram. The assembly of the components must be done by an authorized Orbea dealer.

We do not supply these products to those who have bought their bikes from others dealers.
