Submit Warranty Request
In order for us to complete your warranty request we require the following uploads:
-Â Picture of the Complete Bike
- Picture of the Frame Number
- Picture of the Component Issue
Pictures must be uploaded in a clear fashion so that they can be seen correctly at our end.
There is an option to submit any other relevant files this includes video (max 20Mb file size).
Please note this support form is for clients who have purchased their bike(s) directly from us.
We cannot support bikes purchased from other shops.
