When will I receive my order?
Parts & Accessories orders that are placed before 1 pm are estimated to be delivered the next working day. More delivery info here.
For example, if you place an order before 1 pm on Wednesday, we'll aim to get this out that same day for estimated delivery on Thursday.
If, for example, you place your order after 1 pm on a Friday, or at the weekend, we'll aim to dispatch on Monday for estimated delivery on Tuesday.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We deliver to over 150 countries worldwide. Please add any items you require to the basket; the shipping to your destination is calculated at the checkout.

Due to restrictions, there are some items we can't deliver internationally (battery packs and aerosols). These items are clearly stated on each product page.
Why can't I purchase some items?
Some certain products we hold exclusively to support our bike customers (those who purchase their bike directly from us).
When you purchase your bike directly from us, your account is unlocked for quick access to order these spares, should you need them.

This kit includes lifetime membership to the Bike Register and a security label kit.
The Bike Register was setup to combat bicycle theft and reduce crime by having a national database of stored frame numbers and member details. It's used by Police forces nationwide. Police forces can check any recovered bike against the Bike Register and re-unite the bikes with their original owners.
It's often overlooked when buying a new bike and only reacted to after the theft has happened, leaving the consumer no way of being re-united with their bike. Applying the security label not only allows the bike to be checked at at a later date, but has also been proven to put off potential thieves before the crime even happens.
The Bike Register Membership Plus kit contains a highly durable Tamper Resistant QR barcode label. These can be scanned with a smart phone to identify your bike on the Bike Register website, and determine whether it is stolen. Each kit marks one bike.
