When will I receive my order?

Parts & Accessories orders that are placed before 1 pm are estimated to be delivered the next working day. More delivery info here.

For example, if you place an order before 1 pm on Wednesday, we'll aim to get this out that same day for estimated delivery on Thursday.

If, for example, you place your order after 1 pm on a Friday, or at the weekend, we'll aim to dispatch on Monday for estimated delivery on Tuesday.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We deliver to over 150 countries worldwide. Please add any items you require to the basket; the shipping to your destination is calculated at the checkout.

Please Note: Retrofitting is not compatible with non DualBattery bikes, this has to be done in-house by our specialist eBike technicians with access to diagnostics to reformat the bike.
