When will I receive my order?
Parts & Accessories orders that are placed before 1 pm are estimated to be delivered the next working day. More delivery info here.
For example, if you place an order before 1 pm on Wednesday, we'll aim to get this out that same day for estimated delivery on Thursday.
If, for example, you place your order after 1 pm on a Friday, or at the weekend, we'll aim to dispatch on Monday for estimated delivery on Tuesday.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We deliver to over 150 countries worldwide. Please add any items you require to the basket; the shipping to your destination is calculated at the checkout.

Due to restrictions, there are some items we can't deliver internationally (battery packs and aerosols). These items are clearly stated on each product page.
Why can't I purchase some items?
Some certain products we hold exclusively to support our bike customers (those who purchase their bike directly from us).
When you purchase your bike directly from us, your account is unlocked for quick access to order these spares, should you need them.

Details:
- Versatile functions in a compact, ergonomic design, 65% smaller than the LED Remote.
- USB-C port delivers up to 10 watts of charging power while riding (depending on the Drive Unit).
- In combination with a display or the SmartphoneGrip, riding data and battery status can be easily read.
Included:
- 1x LED Controller (BRC3610) including holder
- 1x Operating and installation instructions
The external charging function is not possible in the following cases:
- On all models of the drive unit BDU37YY
- When the drive unit BDU31YY has the Multi-Purpose Port (MPP) configured either as an HPP (High power Port) or as a light port and a light with a power of more than 6 watts is active *
- For drive units BDU38YY, BDU34YY, and BDU33YY, if the high power port (HPP), low power port (LPP), and light ports with more than 6 watts are all active at the same time *
* If USB charging is disabled for any of the reasons above, you’ll need to restart the eBike to reactivate the charging function.
