When will I receive my order?
Parts & Accessories orders that are placed before 1 pm are estimated to be delivered the next working day. More delivery info here.
For example, if you place an order before 1 pm on Wednesday, we'll aim to get this out that same day for estimated delivery on Thursday.
If, for example, you place your order after 1 pm on a Friday, or at the weekend, we'll aim to dispatch on Monday for estimated delivery on Tuesday.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We deliver to over 150 countries worldwide. Please add any items you require to the basket; the shipping to your destination is calculated at the checkout.

Due to restrictions, there are some items we can't deliver internationally (battery packs and aerosols). These items are clearly stated on each product page.
Why can't I purchase some items?
Some certain products we hold exclusively to support our bike customers (those who purchase their bike directly from us).
When you purchase your bike directly from us, your account is unlocked for quick access to order these spares, should you need them.

Description
This is for an upgraded alloy Lock Ring that holds the front sprocket spider onto the motor drive pinion on the Bosch Active / Performance Drive Unit.
Substantially tougher than the plastic nuts, although be careful not to cross thread the nut on the drive unit assembly.
For Bosch eBike systems from 2014 to 2018.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have a Bosch Active Plus, Performance or Gen 4 Performance CX system produced on/after 2018 (Featuring a big sprocket on the front), you will require a different lockring.
Remember it's reverse thread and only needs to be tightened to 20-25Nm.
