A fantastic bike shop. Everything you could need in a bike shop, assisted brilliantly with a new e-road bike purchase, bike in stock and super quick delivery, helpful advice with setting the bike up and a small warranty claim needed within the first year. Love the way the motor sits on top of the frame so much higher and out of the way of rocks and puddles. Very good brakes and the silver and black color scheme looks really nice. The bosch gen 4 motor is really good and the flow app that goes with it is easy to use and very good. I also like the rear shock being under a cover
Very pleased with my bike, whole process of choosing and buying my bike was fantastic the people there at a bike I can’t thank him enough very efficient if anything too efficient paid for the bike Sunday evening and it was at my doorstep Tuesday afternoon too quick for me to organise anything but did in the end and received the very next day, thanks everybody at E-Bike
