When will I receive my order?
Parts & Accessories orders that are placed before 1 pm are estimated to be delivered the next working day. More delivery info here.
For example, if you place an order before 1 pm on Wednesday, we'll aim to get this out that same day for estimated delivery on Thursday.
If, for example, you place your order after 1 pm on a Friday, or at the weekend, we'll aim to dispatch on Monday for estimated delivery on Tuesday.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We deliver to over 150 countries worldwide. Please add any items you require to the basket; the shipping to your destination is calculated at the checkout.

Due to restrictions, there are some items we can't deliver internationally (battery packs and aerosols). These items are clearly stated on each product page.

Lapierre ACS Anti Chain Suck Device
This is the OEM Lapierre ACS (Anti Chain Suck) Device. It comes as standard on some of the newer Bosch powered Lapierre Overvolts. One of the biggest criticisms levied at the Bosch system is that the small driver cog gets clogged with mud and the motor has a fit, and then cuts out. The motor wonât fire up again until you clean the mud out. To stop this happening Lapierre has come up with the Anti Chain Suck (ACS) device.
Itâs a small piece of machined stainless steel that bolts on to the motor and surrounds the driver cog. It effectively scrapes mud off the chain and ring to prevent it clogging in the first place. Itâs a neat solution and one that UK riders will no doubt appreciate during the damp winter months.
As well as being fitted to the new bikes, these are now available separately for owners of different brand e-bikes with Bosch motors.
