When will I receive my order?
Parts & Accessories orders that are placed before 1 pm are estimated to be delivered the next working day. More delivery info here.
For example, if you place an order before 1 pm on Wednesday, we'll aim to get this out that same day for estimated delivery on Thursday.
If, for example, you place your order after 1 pm on a Friday, or at the weekend, we'll aim to dispatch on Monday for estimated delivery on Tuesday.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We deliver to over 150 countries worldwide. Please add any items you require to the basket; the shipping to your destination is calculated at the checkout.

This comprehensive service kit provides a matched chain, cassette, and rear derailleur pulley set (jockey wheels) specific to your selected Shimano XTR 12 Speed system with a combined discount over the individual component costs.
Routine replacement of these parts is crucial because the drivetrain wears out gradually, reducing shifting precision and efficiency. When one component, such as the chain, wears, it stretches and misaligns with the teeth of the cassette and jockey wheels.
It is vital to change all three components together. Installing a new chain on an old, worn cassette will cause the new chain to skip and accelerate wear dramatically on the new component.
