Who are KNOG?
KNOG was founded in Melbourne, Australia, in 2002 by industrial designer Hugo Davidson and engineer Mal McKechnie. They quickly established a reputation for creating "unboring things" that challenge convention, blending bold aesthetics with high functionality and outstanding value.
KNOG became famous for their pioneering silicone bike lights (like the iconic Frog) and their sleek, reinvented Oi bike bell, cementing their status as a global leader in innovative cycling accessories.

Why have we chosen KNOG as our preferred electric bike light brand?
At E-Bikeshop, we try not to overcomplicate things. Where possible, we try to pick a single brand solution to each aspect of cycling, based on its performance, reliability and value proposition.
We've introduced KNOG because we believe the best electric bikes deserve the very best in lighting. Their lights offer superior, powerful illumination perfectly designed for e-bikes, drawing seamless power from your main battery. This means longer run-times, unrivalled brightness and an integrated, sleek look that matches the modern e-bike aesthetic. We'll also be offering their non-wired options for those who want a simple, clip-on/clip-off USB rechargeable option at a lower price point
Which KNOG bike lights will E-Bikeshop be stocking?
Its rare that we ever stock the full range from any accessories manufacturer - preferring to look at each individual product on its own merits and curating our own range of what we believe to be the most beneficial and best value options for our customers. This is broken down into three categories, and three products in each where possible.

Which are our favourite KNOG electric bike lights?
Our favourite wired-in KNOG electric bike rear lights
We love the Blinder E1800 front light paired with the Blinder E RS rear. This combination at under £170 for a full wired in system offers a huge amount of output and total freedom from bulb and battery changes/charging at less than the price of just a headlight from some of their competitors. With 1,800 lumens on tap, you're good for everything short of night time enduro riding with this setup!

Our favourite clip-on KNOG electric light combo
The Blinder X 2300 Front Light (+10,000mAh Battery Pack) takes some beating but for £269.99, you would need to be heavily into off-road night riding to make the best use of it. If that's not your thing, the Blinder Pro 1300 headlight and Blinder rear light at a combined £140 offers the best blend of value and performance for almost any type of riding.
Our favourite clip-on pre-packaged set
This was a tough call. The winner by a margin is the Blinder Pro 900 Front light and Blinder Square rear light at £119.99. As a 2-minute fit option with an IP rating and quick and easy USB charging, you'll be very hard pressed to get better output for your money but second to this is the Blinder Pro 400 Plus front and rear kit.
For £44.95, we see no reason why this kit shouldn't be featuring in the basket of everyone buying a bike which doesn't come with pre-wired lights (as most of our hybrid range do) because whether you ride at night or not, you can never be too visible!
