What's included

Your new Cube electric bike gets a full set-up by our workshop technicians ahead of delivery.

Your Cube eBike will arrive with a user manual, keys (where applicable), charger & free follow up service (at our service center) within 3 months of delivery.

Cube electric bikes include a 6yr (Alloy) or 3yr (Carbon) warranty on the frame, 2yr warranty on all the electrics and 1yr warranty on the components. In the event of a problem, we handle all warranty claims via our dedicated support in-house.

E-Bikeshop is a Cube UK eBike Service Center and our in-house workshop is exclusively reserved for our own eBike customers. We have time to support the eBikes we sell.

You can see what sizes this model is available in at the top of this page. Sizes are listed in centimeters and also specified S, M, L etc.


Some models have more available sizes than others. Whilst some bikes are only available in a 'one size fits all'.

Our special size calculator will show you what size you need to order. These are displayed in S, M & L etc to correspond with the size options.

Yes, you may wish to collect your new electric bike from our HQ based in Farnham, Surrey. If so please select 'Collect in store' at the checkout.


We will then prepare your new eBike and be in touch to book a suitable collection day/time.


One of our experts is on hand to help you set up the correct position on your new eBike along with answering any questions that you may have.



If colour options are available, these will show below the size options at the top of this page. It's best to choose your size first and then click on each colour option to check it's availability in that size.


Not all of our electric bikes have colour options available.



At e-bikeshop we work by appointment only, so we can talk to each customer on an individual basis to give the best advice possible.


We can talk you through your requirements, riding style and offer expert advice as to which model to select.


We generally keep over 150 eBikes built in our showroom. Note: Some models shown as 'Pre-Order' may not be in the showroom to view as the bike is still due from the supplier. We can also give you the opportunity to ride a similar electric bike so you can get a feel for how electric bikes work prior to purchase. It’s important to note we don’t have every single bike, in all sizes, colours and variants etc available for test ride.
 
Should you wish to purchase, we give the option to take it away that same day (subject to stock) with any extras fitted and a handover session on the bike itself by one of our eBike experts.



Delivery for UK 'In Stock' items ordered before 1pm should be expected for delivery the next business day (this excludes weekends and public holidays).

For delivery on 'Pre-Order' items, the estimated arrival date is shown at the point of order. On arrival our team will make contact to settle any outstanding balance. Once settled in full, we'll then proceed to dispatch your new eBike without delay.



Yes, we exclusively offer 30 days free insurance on all of our new electric bike purchases. This is for UK orders only. Simply select to opt-in to the 30 days free insurance in the cart.
