Your Orbea eBike will arrive with a user manual, keys (where applicable), charger & free follow up service (at our service center) within 3 months of delivery.
Orbea electric bikes include a 3yr warranty on the frame, 2yr warranty on all the electrics and 1yr warranty on the components.
In addition Orbea eBikes benefit from a lifetime frame warranty if you register your bike online with the manufacturer, which is free to do so. In the event of a problem, we handle all warranty claims via our dedicated support in-house.
E-Bikeshop is a Orbea UK eBike Service Center and our in-house workshop is exclusively reserved for our own eBike customers. We have time to support the eBikes we sell.

We generally keep over 150 eBikes built in our showroom. Note: Some models shown as 'Pre-Order' may not be in the showroom to view as the bike is still due from the supplier. We can also give you the opportunity to ride a similar electric bike so you can get a feel for how electric bikes work prior to purchase. It’s important to note we don’t have every single bike, in all sizes, colours and variants etc available for test ride.
Should you wish to purchase, we give the option to take it away that same day (subject to stock) with any extras fitted and a handover session on the bike itself by one of our eBike experts.

For delivery on 'Pre-Order' items, the estimated arrival date is shown at the point of order. On arrival our team will make contact to settle any outstanding balance. Once settled in full, we'll then proceed to dispatch your new eBike without delay.
