Scott electric bikes include a 5yr warranty on the frame, 2yr warranty on all the electrics and 1yr warranty on the components. In the event of a problem, we handle all warranty claims via our dedicated support in-house.

Some models have more available sizes than others. Whilst some bikes are only available in a 'one size fits all'.
Note: You may be a particular size on one model and a different size on another model. Please use the size calculator on each model page as sizes can vary between manufacturers and models.

If you're placing a pre-order using the deposit option (instead of paying in full), it's not possible to add further items to your cart alongside the bike. Please get in touch once your pre-order is placed and we'll be happy to add any extras that you may require.
We will then prepare your new eBike and be in touch to book a suitable collection day/time.

Not all of our electric bikes have colour options available.
We can talk you through your requirements, riding style and offer expert advice as to which model to select.
We generally keep over 150 eBikes built in our showroom. Note: Some models shown as 'Pre-Order' may not be in the showroom to view as the bike is still due from the supplier. We can also give you the opportunity to ride a similar electric bike so you can get a feel for how electric bikes work prior to purchase.
Should you wish to purchase, we give the option to take it away that same day (subject to stock) with any extras fitted and a handover session on the bike itself by one of our eBike experts.

For delivery on 'Pre-Order' items, the estimated arrival date is shown at the point of order. On arrival our team will make contact to settle any outstanding balance. Once settled in full, we'll then proceed to dispatch your new eBike without delay.

Amazing received 9.30am the day after ordering. The bike has really shown its capability on the steep hills by us. With a standard bike it is get off and push but with this it managed with light pedalling in a mid gear at 12mph. All seems very good quality so would recommend.
