Features
A practical yet elegant trekking bike, featuring the new Bosch Active Line Plus motor, a larger 500Wh PowerTube battery and a comfortable geometry. Fully equipped with all the essentials you could need for a full day in the saddle.
For long days in the saddle, the comfortable Selle Royal ergonomic saddle is paired with the Moustache's own suspension seat post, to further soak up any jolts at the rear.
The Bosch Gen 3 Performance motor is cleanly integrated within the hydro-formed alloy frame, which has been designed to hold the 500Wh battery lower within the frame compared to previous models for a better centre of gravity.
The smooth welds really give the Samedi 28.3 a clean look, whilst the sturdy alloy mudguards further add to the premium feel of the bike whilst protecting the rider.
Brakes & Gears
To smooth out the roughest of roads, Moustache have spec'd the 28.3 with the Suntour NEX-E25 fork. These offer 63mm of front suspension with a lockout feature for the smoother terrain.
The MT200 brakes offer consistent braking regardless of weather, with the usual excellent modulation delivered from Shimano's hydraulic brakes.
To match the brakes, Moustache have fitted a complete Shimano Nexus 5 speed hub gear system. The Nexus hub gear system is well known for its reliability despite next to no maintenance being required due to being a sealed system.
This ensures the Moustache Samedi 28.3 is perfectly balanced in gears for descents and climbs. Be it cycling to work, that Saturday ride across the lanes or even bridleway paths and tracks, the Samedi 28.3 is ideal for any ride!
Shimano MT200 hydraulic brakes are reliable and need very little pressure to operate.
Shimano Nexus hub gearing provides a useful ratio for any terrain you plan to ride with minimal maintenance and fuss.
Switching gears on the Nexus hub is a breeze. Simply twist the grip on the bar, and roll through the ratios on the fly.
Wheels & Tyres
The Samedi 28.3 features fast rolling 700c wheels. A large wheel rolls faster/rides easier over distance, whilst slightly wider 50c tyres offer additional comfort & grip on a mixture of surfaces from tarmac to gravel paths & bridleways.
The standard size for road bikes, there are a limitless choise of tyre options available to suit any type of rider, on any type of terrain. For 2023, the Samedi 28.3 is fitted with Schwalbe Big Apple tyres.

Power
The new Moustache Samedi 28.3 2023 features the latest Bosch Active Line Plus eBike system. Offering a larger sprocket upfront with no internal gearing, this motor is much quieter and features little resistance when pedalling outside of the assistance.
The system is designed to be smooth and is around 30% more compact than it's predecessor. Offering support up to 250% and peak torque levels of 50Nm its power delivery is strong and smooth.
For 2023 Moustache have equipped the Purion display, offering all the essential parameters on one easy to read display, including:- Speed, assistance mode, average, speed, range, odometer and battery bar.
The Moustache Samedi 28.3 comes with a 500Wh battery, offering a full day in the saddle with no battery range anxiety. Support is delivered in 4 different assistance modes up to 15mph.
A 625Wh battery can also be fitted by removing the special adaptor plate Moustache have created to hold the 500Wh battery in situ.
The Bosch Purion display is incredibly simple to use - you'll eventually find yourself changing modes without even looking!
The Bosch Active Line Plus motor offers 50Nm of hill beating power and is very common on higher end hybrid and leisure bikes.
The Bosch PowerTube 500Wh battery neatly fits inside the frame. It can be charged both in the bike or when removed.
What's included
Your new Moustache electric bike gets a full set-up by our workshop technicians ahead of delivery.
Your Moustache eBike will arrive with a user manual, keys (where applicable), charger & free follow up service (at our service center) within 3 months of delivery.
Moustache electric bikes include a 5yr warranty on the frame, 2yr warranty on all the electrics and 1yr warranty on the components. In the event of a problem, we handle all warranty claims via our dedicated support in-house.
E-Bikeshop is a Moustache UK eBike Service Center and our in-house workshop is exclusively reserved for our own eBike customers. We have time to support the eBikes we sell.

We generally keep over 150 eBikes built in our showroom. Note: Some models shown as 'Pre-Order' may not be in the showroom to view as the bike is still due from the supplier. We can also give you the opportunity to ride a similar electric bike so you can get a feel for how electric bikes work prior to purchase.
Should you wish to purchase, we give the option to take it away that same day (subject to stock) with any extras fitted and a handover session on the bike itself by one of our eBike experts.

For delivery on 'Pre-Order' items, the estimated arrival date is shown at the point of order. On arrival our team will make contact to settle any outstanding balance. Once settled in full, we'll then proceed to dispatch your new eBike without delay.
